Blemish free skin!
- Clean, blemish-free skin improves more than just your beauty, it gives you a boost of confidence too. Stress, hormones, your body's chemistry and diet play a big part in your skin breakouts. Your skin's status is also dependent on your nationality and age. Quality skin care products that contain strong enough ingredients are important. Vitamin C, E, A , beta green tea, aloe, salacyid acid, and benzoid perioxide are some to name a few.
- Our skin is exposed to dust, dirt, makeup and sweat. When possible try to wash your face after exposure to dust and pollution. It is very important to cleanse before going to bed t allow the skin to breathe and rejuvenate. Sleeping with make-up on will increase the probability of pores becoming blocked and buildups in the pores causing blackheads. Get at least 7 hours of sleep.
- Dieting can be helpful in achieving a fresh complexion. By cleansing your body with clean foods such as fresh, raw vegetables and fruits with plenty of water can help overall detox the body. Try to stay away from fatty foods and processed foods. Get tested to see if you are possibly having an allergic reaction to foods that cause slight reactions, like integestion or bloating, etc. Many times people are intolerant to wheat or dairy products. They may be causing more of a reaction than you are aware of.
- Fact: Keeping fit and maintaining your exercise plan can contribute to a new and more healthy you. After your work out, cleanse the face and body to wash away any excess oils and bacteria from outside sources, especially shared gym equipment.
Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

Skin Care Tips:
(Supplements)
-Vitamin A. Keeps the skin smooth and moist.
-Vitamin B. Provides diverse functions, helps improve the skin's ability to uptake oxygen, and to tolerate UV exposure.
-Vitamin C. Is very important for the production of collagen. To apply it directly is anti-inflammatory and helps to even out your skin tone.
(Water)
Water is the most under-utilized healthy skin product on the market. Drinking water is essential for many bodily functions such as; circulation, digestion, absorbtion and excretion.
(Detoxification)
There are many ways to "detox" the body. Typically, dry brush exfoliation can be a regular routine before your morning shower which creates lymphatic stimulation and helps blood circulation. Another way to assist with detoxification is to increase water consumption and include more fiber in your diet by adding whole grains, beans, legumes, high fiber snacks including apples, nuts and seeds.
