Research suggests a small, daily hCG injection or taken orally (approx. 125 IU to 200 IU) results in a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs per day, when accompanied by a very low calorie diet of approximately 500 calories.

Under the influence of HCG, fat is being extracted from the cells, where it is stored in the fatty tissue. When these cells are emptied and serve no other purpose, the body breaks down the cellular structure and absorbs it. When this happens the body replaces some of the extracted fat with water which is retained. a few tips..


  • To reduce stress; you should pamper yourself daily if necessary. Relax, and try taking deep breaths for about 2-5 minutes daily. This will give you the time to slow down and continue the day you have in store.

  • Another good thing to remember is to watch out with raising your eyebrows too often, it can easily lead to permanent wrinkles on your forehead. Take the time to ease up on your face. Once the wrinkles are visible they have a hard time with "disappearing" again. Take care of yourself, and be careful with your facial expressions.

Blemish free skin!


  • Clean, blemish-free skin improves more than just your beauty, it gives you a boost of confidence too. Stress, hormones, your body's chemistry and diet play a big part in your skin breakouts.   • Dieting can be helpful in achieving a fresh complexion. By cleansing your body with clean foods such as fresh, raw vegetables and fruits with plenty of water can help overall detox the body. Try to stay away from fatty foods and processed foods. Get tested to see if you are possibly having an allergic reaction to foods that cause slight reactions, like integestion or bloating, etc. Many times people are intolerant to wheat or dairy products. They may be causing more of a reaction than you are aware of.

February is the month of love.

1) EXERCISE.
At least 30 min of cardiovascular exercise 3 times a week and weight training at least 2 days a week.

- Decreased feelings of depression and anxiety.

2) NUTRITION.

5 tips for top health.
