a few tips..


  • To reduce stress; you should pamper yourself daily if necessary. Relax, and try taking deep breaths for about 2-5 minutes daily. This will give you the time to slow down and continue the day you have in store.

  • Another good thing to remember is to watch out with raising your eyebrows too often, it can easily lead to permanent wrinkles on your forehead. Take the time to ease up on your face. Once the wrinkles are visible they have a hard time with "disappearing" again. Take care of yourself, and be careful with your facial expressions.

  • Help soothe your soul by rethinking your attitude. Optimists lives a longer and happier life. Your attitude determines how you see life. Live with no regreats. You can't do anything to change the past, but you can be open to new opportunities that will be handed to you in life.

  • Working out brings you self-satisfaction. when you are working out, all you hear is your own breahting. All your stress and worries disappears. Not just while you're working out, but it last for hours after as well. You feel accomplished with yourself after your exercise. A sonsistent personal fitness program can be the same as a supportive life partner. Start out slowly and prepare to build a foundation. If you focus on the self-satisfaction you feel when you've completed your work-out, you can use it as your motivation to stay fit.
